Will I receive a confirmation as soon as my order has been successfully completed?

After we have received your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation to your specified e-mail address

I have found an mistake in the delivery or billing address. What can I do about it?

If you have noticed that something is wrong with your delivery or
billing address is incorrect, please send us an e-mail to info@snugglebubble.org. If possible, please include the order number and your name.

How long does it take until I receive my product?

You can find the delivery time in the checkout. This varies depending on the product. We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us
as soon as possible.
Depending on the processing status, it may still be possible.

Unfortunately, my order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We make every effort to ensure that your item arrives safely and
well. Unfortunately, in rare cases it can happen that the
products are damaged in transit. In this case, please contact us
by e-mail to info@snugglebubble.org. Please also send us pictures showing the damage. We will get back to you promptly with a solution.

Can I send my delivery to a different delivery address?

Would you like to send your desired product directly to the recipient?
That's no problem. You have the option of entering a different delivery address during checkout. So you can choose the recipient yourself. Don't worry: we won't put an invoice in the parcel. You will receive this from us by e-mail to the address you have provided.
